Website Design

Website design and build across four tiers, from a brochure site to a bespoke motion build, each one shipped in Next.js and handed over with working credentials.

How it works

  1. 1. Discovery

Scope, sitemap and brand inputs gathered before any screen is drawn.

  2. 2. Content and copy

Copy drafted against the agreed sitemap and reviewed with the client before design starts.

  3. 3. Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens in the tier's agreed visual system.

  4. 4. Build

Next.js implementation, section by section, against the approved design file.

  5. 5. QA and launch

Cross-device QA, a Lighthouse pass and DNS cutover to the live domain.

  6. 6. Handover

Credentials, a short walkthrough and documentation handed to the client.

Questions

How much does a website cost in the UAE?

It depends on the tier. A brochure-style Portfolio build sits at the lower end of the market, an SEO-optimised build costs more because it carries an architecture and content system built to rank, and a bespoke 3D or animated build is quoted individually because no two motion builds share the same scope. We publish a starting anchor per tier once it is set, rather than one blanket number, because a 5-page brochure site and a 20-page catalogue with schema and a blog are different projects with different labour. On a call we ask for your page count, whether you need copywriting, and whether ranking matters from day one, then quote against that scope rather than a generic package. You will always see the number before any work starts, and nothing is billed against an unconfirmed scope.

How long does a website take to build?

A Portfolio-tier brochure site typically ships fastest, an SEO-optimised build takes longer because content and technical SEO are built alongside the pages, and a 3D or animated build takes the longest since custom shader and motion work cannot be templated. Our own delivery log shows a 14-route corporate site shipped from an approved brief in a single working session once content was ready, which is the honest floor for a straightforward build with no new copywriting required. The variable that moves timelines most is content: sites waiting on client copy or imagery slow down regardless of tier, no matter how quickly the build itself moves. We agree a page-by-page schedule at discovery so you know what ships when, and we build in a QA and launch pass before the site goes live rather than after.

Who owns the website once it's live?

You do. The domain, hosting account and codebase are handed over at launch with working credentials, not held by us as leverage for future work. We build in Next.js and deploy on Vercel, both standard, portable choices, so another developer can pick up the codebase later without needing anything proprietary to us. Analytics access, the content management setup and any third-party accounts created during the build, such as GA4, Search Console and WhatsApp integrations, are transferred to your organisation, not kept under an account we control. If you later want an AMC to keep the site maintained, that is a separate, optional engagement, never a condition of ownership. Handover includes a short walkthrough and written documentation so your team, or a future developer brought in later, understands exactly how the site is structured.
