Questions
What's included in the Portfolio tier?
The Portfolio tier covers the core pages a business needs to be taken seriously online: home, about, services and contact, plus any FAQ, news or differentiator sections your brief supports. For an occupational health provider, this tier shipped as a 14-route corporate site built directly from a client-approved 14-page brand PDF, including a tabbed differentiator block, a 32-question FAQ and a running news system, all built on shadcn primitives for a clean, consistent interface. It does not include the deeper technical SEO architecture of the SEO-optimised tier or any custom motion work; those are separate tiers because they carry separate scope and cost. What you get is a fast, responsive, professionally built site that represents the business accurately and is handed over with full credentials, ready for your team or ours to extend later if the business grows.
Who is the Portfolio tier for?
It suits a business that needs a credible, professional web presence but does not yet need the site itself to be a ranking or sales engine. That is precisely the shape of the occupational health provider case: a 14-page brand PDF existed, the business needed somewhere to put it online, and the priority was shipping a complete, accurate, well-organised site quickly rather than building a content and SEO system from day one. If ranking or lead generation through the site is the main goal from the outset, the SEO-optimised tier is the better starting point, since it is architected for that from the first page. If the brand itself needs a cinematic, motion-led presentation, that is the 3D-animated tier instead. Portfolio is the right choice when the job is representing the business well, not yet engineering search visibility or a bespoke visual signature.
What happens after launch?
The site is handed over with full credentials, documentation and a short walkthrough, and ownership sits with you from day one; nothing about the Portfolio tier requires an ongoing contract to keep the site live. If you want the site actively maintained, patched and monitored after launch, that is a separate, optional Website AMC engagement, quoted on its own rather than bundled by default. If the business later wants to add ranking-focused content, technical SEO or a move toward the SEO-optimised architecture, that work is scoped as its own project rather than retrofitted informally. For the occupational health build specifically, the site shipped pre-launch with no measured performance numbers yet, since the results only accrue once the site is live on its real domain and being crawled, so early SEO reporting is not something this tier promises out of the gate.
