Client name withheld by agreement.

The problem
A property developer needed a site that could carry a cinematic, motion-led brand across seven projects without the image weight collapsing mobile performance.
What we built
- Depth-parallax WebGL hero on a custom GLSL shader
- Gold-dust particle layer
- Seven-project filmstrip rail
- Desktop cold open
- Sticky chapter narrative
- Interactive floor explorer built over the developer's own renders
- Subject-dominant image rule applied across the gallery
