This policy covers MAJ Atlas (“we”, “us”), operating https://majatlas.com.

This site does not run a contact form. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to put in an email sent to hello@majatlas.com, typically a name, a business name, an email address and whatever project details you include. The site does not run analytics or set tracking cookies today, so no browsing data is collected on our side. Our hosting provider may retain standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability, as any hosted website does.

We use the contents of an enquiry email to respond to it and to scope the work you asked about. We do not use it for anything else.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), we process an enquiry either with your consent, given by sending it to us, or under our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. We do not rely on any other basis today.

We do not share the contents of an enquiry with any third party. There is no CRM, ad platform or analytics tool connected to this site today, so there is nothing to share it with.

Analytics is not enabled on this site yet. When it is, it will run only after a visitor consents through a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated first to name the tool, the data it collects and how long it is kept.

This site does not set cookies today.

An enquiry email is kept in our inbox for as long as it is relevant to the conversation it started, and deleted on request. Contact hello@majatlas.com to ask for an enquiry to be deleted.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:

• Give you access to the data we hold about you
• Correct data that is inaccurate
• Delete data we hold about you
• Restrict or object to how we process it

Send a request to hello@majatlas.com. We respond from that same address.

This site is hosted on Vercel, and email you send us is received through the mailbox behind hello@majatlas.com. Both providers may process data on infrastructure outside the UAE as part of delivering that hosting and email service.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from a minor.

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it.
