What's included in each price?
Exactly what's listed on the plan's card, on this page and on that service's own page. Nothing gets added afterwards without you agreeing to it first. A website plan lists its pages and what's built in; an SEO, Meta ads or Google ads plan lists what's covered in a month; tracking lists every event it wires. If it isn't on the list, it isn't in the price.
Is ad spend included in the Meta ads or Google ads price?
No. The prices shown are our management fee for building and running the campaigns. Ad spend itself is paid by you directly to Meta or Google, so you can see exactly what the platform is charging and what we're charging, rather than a single blended number.
What does "extra page" mean on a website plan?
Each website plan is priced for a set number of pages: five for Basic, ten for 3D animated. A page beyond that count is the add-on price shown on the plan card, built and launched the same way as the pages already included.
Who owns the website once it's built?
You do. The site, the domain and every login are handed over at launch: hosting account, CMS access, domain registrar, analytics. There's nothing held back on our side that you'd need to come back to us for later.
How does payment work?
We agree payment terms on the call once we understand the scope, rather than fixing a schedule here that might not fit every project. A one-time build and a monthly retainer are naturally paid differently, and the call is where that gets set.
Can I switch SEO plans later?
Yes. SEO is billed monthly with no lock-in beyond the month you're in, so moving between Basic, Pro and Max as your needs change doesn't mean breaking a contract. It takes effect the next month.
What does the ecommerce AMC cover?
The ecommerce plan's AMC (annual maintenance contract) is priced separately from the build itself. What it covers for your store specifically is agreed on the same call that scopes the ecommerce project, since ecommerce builds vary far more site to site than a fixed page count does.
Are the SEO, ads and tracking prices one-time or ongoing?
Websites and tracking setup are one-time prices for the build. SEO, Meta ads and Google ads are monthly, for as long as we're running them: the cadence next to each price on this page says which.
