How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai?

What actually drives a Dubai website's price, what other agencies publish today, and MAJ Atlas's own fixed prices, sourced and dated.

The short answer

A website in Dubai can cost anywhere from a few hundred dirhams for a one-page template to well over AED 50,000 for a custom-built platform, and the average of those numbers is not useful to anyone actually building a website. What matters is what a specific build needs: how many pages, how custom the design is, whether it needs a shop or booking system, and whether it needs 3D or motion design. MAJ Atlas answers that by publishing fixed prices instead of a range: a five-page business site at AED 999 one time, a ten-page 3D animated site at AED 1,999 one time, and a custom ecommerce build From AED 7,999 one time.

Every number in this guide, including the ones that are not ours, comes from a published page we read directly, with the date we read it. The rest of this guide breaks down what actually drives that number up or down, what a sample of Dubai agencies publish on their own sites today, and MAJ Atlas's full price catalogue in one place.

What actually drives the price

  • Page count. A five-page brochure site takes less design and build time than a fifteen-page site with a blog, a careers page and several service pages.
  • How custom the design is. A theme installed and lightly customised costs less than a design built from a blank canvas for one brand.
  • 3D, motion and interaction. Scroll-driven animation and custom motion design add real build time on top of a standard brochure site, which is why our 3D animated tier is priced above the Basic tier.
  • Ecommerce and custom systems. A store needs a catalogue, a CMS, checkout or quote logic and product data, a different project to a static brochure site, priced separately as our ecommerce build.
  • Ongoing maintenance. A one-time build with no contract is cheaper up front than one bundled with a maintenance retainer; see our comparison of AMC against one-time maintenance.
  • Tracking and analytics. A site wired for GA4, Tag Manager and ad conversions from day one costs more to set up than a site with no tracking at all, covered in our tracking setup guide.

What other Dubai agencies publish today

Most Dubai web design agencies do not publish a fixed price; they publish a "from AED" teaser and ask for a call. A smaller group does publish real, checkable numbers, and we read their own pages directly on 2026-09-25 to build the comparison below.

What that comparison actually shows

MAJ Atlas's five-page price is not the lowest number in this market, and it should not be read as one. A handful of Dubai agencies undercut it on a bare brochure site. What we could not find anywhere in this comparison, at any price, was one agency publishing a full catalogue across websites, SEO, both ad platforms, tracking and maintenance with exact numbers for every one of them on a single page. That breadth, not one low number, is the comparison worth making.

Dubai Website Company's own pages do not agree with each other: one page quotes "from AED 300", another lists a AED 250 to AED 1,900 range, and a third promotes a flat AED 500 offer. We are reporting what their own pages say rather than resolving the contradiction for them, since a visitor comparing agencies deserves to see that inconsistency too.

MAJ Atlas's own prices, in full

Every number below comes from the same catalogue that prices the live pricing page and every service landing page, so it cannot say one thing here and another at checkout.

What changes the number on a fixed-price build

Extra pages are priced too, not folded into a vague "contact us for a bigger site": an extra page on the Basic tier is AED 49 one time, and an extra page on the 3D animated tier is AED 99 one time. The ecommerce build is the one tier priced "from", because scope and final price are agreed on a call once catalogue size and checkout logic are known, the same way any genuinely custom platform is quoted.

A worked example: two five-page sites, compared

Two agencies can both quote a five-page business site and mean quite different things by it. A AED 300 to 700 build is typically assembled from a pre-built theme, with the agency swapping in the business's logo, colours and text over a day or two, and usually one or two rounds of revision. A AED 999 to 2,500 build, MAJ Atlas's Basic tier included, is typically designed from the brief rather than a stock template, with more back-and-forth on layout before build starts, and includes the technical setup (Search Console, a sitemap, on-page basics) that a template swap does not.

Neither approach is dishonest. A business that only needs to exist online, cheaply and quickly, is well served by the first option. A business relying on its site to be found in search and to be trusted by a buyer who has not met them yet is usually better served by the second, because a template with someone else's structure underneath rarely gets the on-page and technical details right by default.

Price is not the only signal

A cheap fixed price and a well-run project are not the same claim. The lowest number in the table above buys a smaller scope: fewer pages, less design time, and in most cases no analytics or search setup at all. The question worth asking an agency at any price point is not just what it costs, it is what you own when it is done, and whether they can show a live site and how it actually performs.

MAJ Atlas answers that with a real, dated example rather than a promise. The catalogue site built for IT World Trading, a 15-brand electronics distributor with 649 products, scored 100 out of 100 on every Lighthouse category on mobile, read directly from PageSpeed Insights on 2026-09-03, and its Search Console showed 658 of 728 submitted pages indexed by 2026-09-02. A fixed price is only worth comparing once you know what the same agency's actual, live work measures.

Questions

Is AED 999 really the full price for a website in Dubai?

For a five-page business site built on MAJ Atlas's Basic tier, yes: AED 999 one time is the full price, with an extra page at AED 49 if you need more than five. It does not include an ongoing maintenance contract, which is optional and priced separately, and it does not include ecommerce, which is a different build with its own price.

Why do some Dubai agencies charge AED 300 and others charge AED 2,500 for what sounds like the same website?

The scope behind the number is rarely the same. A AED 300 to 700 site is usually a template with light customisation and a handful of pages, built fast with minimal design time. A price above AED 2,000 usually reflects more custom design work, more pages, or a platform like WooCommerce or Shopify rather than a static template. Neither price is wrong; they are answers to different questions about scope.

Does a cheaper website cost more later?

It can, if the cheap build has no maintenance plan and something breaks, or if it was never set up with analytics and the business has no way to see what is and is not working. That is a real cost, just one that shows up after launch instead of on the first invoice. See our comparison of AMC against one-time maintenance for how to weigh that decision.

What is not included in a fixed website price?

Domain registration and hosting are typically separate line items with any agency, MAJ Atlas included, since they are recurring costs paid to a third party rather than a one-time build cost. Ongoing SEO content, paid ads and an AMC are also separate services with their own prices, because a website, its growth and its upkeep are three different jobs, not one.

Do agencies charge extra for design revisions?

It depends on the agency and the tier. A very low-cost template build often allows only one or two rounds of small changes before extra revisions are billed, since the margin on that price does not cover open-ended back and forth. A higher-priced, custom-designed build usually has more revision room built into the process because more of the price is design time in the first place. Ask any agency directly how many revision rounds are included before signing, at any price point.
